- We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Any higher surfaces, such as chandeliers or vaulted ceiling fans, will be dusted using an extension duster only.
- We do not move furniture. But don’t worry — we’ll do our best to reach all visible and accessible areas by hand or with the help of our extension tools.
- Some dust resettlement may occur shortly after we leave. While we do our best to capture and reduce airborne particles, it’s not always possible to eliminate 100% of dust in the air.
These guidelines help us maintain safety standards while still delivering a spotless and refreshed environment.
