Book once sanding, cutting and installation are complete. Another trade working after the visit can put dust back on freshly cleaned surfaces.
Clear construction waste
Arrange for the contractor to remove scraps, equipment and construction trash. Well Done handles the final surface clean and does not haul debris.
Walk the finished space
Tell us which rooms were renovated and which cabinets are empty. Mention delicate new finishes and any manufacturer care instructions before work starts.

Dusting and wiping inside empty cabinets and drawers is on the post-construction checklist. Oven and refrigerator interiors are available by request, so mention them when asking for a quote.
