- We do not remove debris or haul construction trash. The space must be cleared of leftover materials before service.
- We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted using an extension duster.
- We do not move furniture, but we do our best to clean all visible and accessible areas.
- Some dust resettlement may occur even after cleaning. We work to minimize this, but fine particles can linger for a short time.
These precautions ensure we uphold safety standards while still delivering a clean, livable and refreshed space.
